DESCRIPTION
The ESP8266 Serial Port Wi-Fi Module (ESP-01) is a compact Wi-Fi module based on the ESP8266 chip. It enables microcontrollers such as Arduino to connect to Wi-Fi networks and communicate over the internet using a simple UART (serial) interface. It can also be programmed as a standalone microcontroller using the Arduino IDE.
